Request for your PSA Documents Online via PSAHelpline.ph

This is it! We’ve decided to tie the knot this year!

Planning a DIY wedding is nerve wracking. There’s a lot to tick on our checklist! One of the things on our list is the documents ~ birth certificate, CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage), marriage license, etc.

Now, where to go to request for our CENOMAR? I know that I can request those at PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority). However, since we already moved here in Rizal, I’m not familiar where the nearest PSA is in our area. Another problem is that I won’t be able to leave home during weekdays because of the kids’ online classes.

I came across PSA Helpline thru Mommy Bloggers Philippines and learned that they can help me request my much needed PSA documents delivered at my doorstep.

Here’s a list of the PSA documents you can request thru PSA birth certificate online application:
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• Death Certificate
• CENOMAR

Getting your documents thru PSA Helpline is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1 Go to their website at psahelpline.ph then click on order now. Choose the document you want to request.

On your browser, type psahelpline.ph
Click on the PSA document you need.

Step 2 Provide all the required details.

Once you press continue, you will be routed to the form.

Step 3 Post your payment online or over-the-counter. For pricing and payment options details click here. An email notification will be sent to your provided email.

Here’s a list of where you can post your payment. Click on your payment method of choice to see how you can pay.

Step 4 Wait for the delivery.
For MM> 3-4 working days; Outside MM> 3-8 working days

Take note that you can only request documents for you, your child, parents, and spouse (death certificate). For other relatives you may proceed to the nearest PSA Serbilis Center. You also need to be present on the delivery date to personally receive your requested PSA document/s.

I received the documents in 7 days thru 2Go.

I requested for our documents last May 4, 2022 and 2Go delivered it May 11, 2022. Glad I was able to avail of their services! It was very convenient and hassle-free for me. I didn’t have to leave the house anymore.

Have you tried requesting documents thru PSA online application? Share with me your experience!

PSAHelpline.ph is authorized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to accept requests for copy issuance of PSA birth certificate (certificate of live birth), marriage certificate (certificate of marriage), death certificate (certificate of death), and Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and its nationwide delivery. The service comes with the convenience of online and over-the-counter payment options that are accessible to clients and a customer care hotline and email support for information on ordering, payments, and delivery.

It started in 2000 as a call-in facility for clients who need copies of their PSA civil registry documents but are unable to visit a PSA outlet. The full-service website was launched in 2013, providing online and mobile access to more people who prefer to order their PSA certificates online and have these delivered to their homes.

When the National Statistics Office (NSO) was renamed Philippine Statistics Office (PSA), the service was rebranded from NSOHelpline.ph to PSAHelpline.ph in 2016. Clients are now able to place their orders while on-the-go and even after office hours with more accessible payment channels for their convenience and security. For more than two decades, PSAHelpline.ph has been providing a reliable alternative for processing PSA document requests from the public.

PSAHelpline.ph adheres to the rules and protocols set by the PSA and the Data Privacy Commission on the proper handling and delivery of civil registry documents.

Best in Pinoy blogs recognized in 1st BDO Blogger Awards

BDO Unibank recognized the best online content creators in the first-ever BDO Blogger Awards.

The BDO Blogger Awards honors bloggers and influencers for sharing useful information, insights, and positivity with their followers and viewers. The awards honor bloggers’ contributions not only in spreading awareness about the bank’s advocacies, but also in initiating important public discussions for a more financially-inclusive industry through content creation.

The Awards feature two segments: the recognition ceremony, which awards the top-performing content creators in terms of the quality of content they published online from 2020 to 2021; and the content creation contest—a thematic activity that challenges participants to come up with unique and creative ways to talk about various topics.

This year, BDO challenged participants to discuss the bank’s innovative digital solutions, which served as an alternative option for clients to perform their bank transactions especially during the height of the pandemic.
